Inclement Weather Program for Paso Art in the Park
Friday load in will go as planned with drive in on the grass allowed since there has been no rain since last Sunday.
During your set up on Friday be prepared for rain overnight and off and on during Saturday should stop at 9am on Sunday.
2. Once your display is built you must stay for the duration of the show.
If you have an emergency and you must leave after the show closes on Saturday at 5pm you will have to dolly your booth out to the street for loading
3. ATTENTION SUNDAY LOAD OUT:
Due to the rain The City of Paso Robles will NOT ALLOW
DRIVING ONTO THE GRASS ON SUNDAY. NO VEHICLES ON THE TURF.
The show has been given permission to unload from the park onto the street parking spaces surrounding the east side of the park. 70% of the show will need to dolly out of the park on Sunday.
You can start parking on the curb beginning at 1pm on Sunday, not before.
If there is an ORANGE Art in the Park traffic cone in a space that means it is open to you to park in. Take that available spot for your breakdown. (place all orange cones on the sidewalk) When you are ready to leave put the cone back in the parking spot.
DRIVING IN ON THE BRICK WALK WAY:
We can only fit 30 cars (who are quick loaders) inside of the park on the brick walkways for unloading on Sunday afternoon. This group of cars will be frozen in place for :45 minutes at a time as we attempt to move them in and out as a group. When the time is up you must drive out. If you are not done loading you will have to exit and circle back in with the second group.
If you have a trailer, there is also a gravel lot in the center of the park that can be used to load out on Sunday afternoon
The show goes on Rain or Shine. Our advertising highlights that fact.
There are no refunds for inclement weather. If you decide not to show up for the event we fully understand.
A white EZ-Up, KD, Caravan or simlar CANOPY IS MANDATORY.
RESTRICTIONS ON VEHICLES ALLOWED IN THE PARK FOR SET-UP & TEAR DOWN: No Trailers Allowed over 14' Cargo Box. If you have a larger trailer do
not bring it. No RV's or Pick-ups with Campers are allowed into the park. All set-up and tear down is from inside the park. No street parking is allowed for set-up or tear down.

Your Part #1 online application is emailed to us directly and only asks for basic information: Name, Address, Phone etc. Your Part #2 of the application is where all money transactions are re-directed through PayPal's secure servers. Be confident that your credit card information is protected and that your online payment is safe.
